Sharon bravely dreamed up this business out of a love of patient care and a desire to take the time needed to deliver quality service. She has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 15 years and a Registered Nurse for 24. She attended Deaconess School of Nursing in Milwaukee and received her BSN as well as Masters through Concordia University in Mequon, WI. Sharon was also certified as a critical care nurse by the American Critical Care Nurses Association.

Amy is one of the friendly faces that will greet you at a visit to our clinic. She helps us with many of the responsibilities that go through the front desk. We are excited to welcome her upbeat energy and experience from her career in medicine.

Dr. McFarland will be with us through the end of August, 2017. We have been so grateful to have her with the clinic for the past several months! Dr. McFarland believes that the patient is at the center of their care, and deserves quality healthcare. She has been a Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner for 9 years and a Registered Nurse for 14. She attended Concordia University of Wisconsin in Mequon, WI, and received her Masters, as well as, her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She has a certificate of competency as a Clinical Health Coach, and is a Lifestyle Coach for the prevention of Diabetes. She accepts multiple insurance plans including: Medicare and Medicaid.
Callie Thurow, Clinic Manager
Callie has been with the practice since its inception in 2008. She has received her Therapeutic Lifestyle Certification and become an FLT Lifestyle Educator through Metagenics. Her roles have changed throughout her time at the clinic. It is this experience and her flexibility that make managing the clinic a great fit.
Chandra is a committed and knowledgeable medical assistant. She puts patient care and attention to detail at the center of her daily work. Her passion for helping patients helps them to get the most out of their care here.
